Bread range

All breads are sourdoughs, naturally leavened with wild yeasts, and made by hand using traditional methods and natural ingredients. The slow fermentation gives a deeper, richer taste that accentuates the flavours of the flours, grains and seeds.

Ingredients: flour (wholewheat 70%, white 30%), water, whole wheat grain, salt

SALFORD-5-SEED

A TRADITIONAL SOURDOUGH WITH RYE CHOPS, LINSEED, POPPY, PUMPKIN, SESAME AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS
Ingredients: flour (white 60%, wholewheat 20%, dark rye 20%), water, rye chops, linseed, sesame seed, sunflower seed, poppy seed, pumpkin seed, salt

NORTHERN ROSE

A CLASSIC COUNTRY SOURDOUGH MADE WITH A MIXTURE OF LOCAL FLOURS
Ingredients: flour (white 70%, wholewheat 20%, dark rye 10%), water, salt

PENNINE RYE 
(650g)
100% RYE SOURDOUGH WITH RYE CHOPS, LINSEED AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS
Ingredients: flour (dark rye 85%, medium rye 15%), water, rye chops, linseed, sunflower seeds, salt

SAVOURY DANISH

PIZZA DOUGH FILLED WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE, ROASTED RED ONION, BASIL PESTO & WILD ROCKET
Ingredients: white flour, water, cheddar cheese, red onion, pesto (sunflower oil, basil, vegetarian cheese [milk], cashew nuts, potato flakes, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, salt, lactic acid) wild rocket, olive oil, salt, yeast
