All breads are sourdoughs, naturally leavened with wild yeasts, and made by hand using traditional methods and natural ingredients. The slow fermentation gives a deeper, richer taste that accentuates the flavours of the flours, grains and seeds. We also bake Baguette, Ciabatta and Focaccia daily, these breads are slow fermented but do contain small amounts of yeast.
